E-Learning Handbook
The Staff Training and Research Institute of Distance Education (STRIDE) of Indira Ghandi National Open University has released what looks like an excellent handbook of E-learning. The handbook contains contributions from 26 e-learning experts from around the world including Sanjaya Mishra, Som Naidu, Terry Anderson, Tony Bates, and Stephen Downes.

Thanks for posting this useful resource. I've just reviewed the Anderson and Downes articles so far, but I can see this will be great for instructor training. The articles are comprehensive but concise guides, useful for teachers and administrators alike.
