BCIT's new strategic vision emphasizes internationalization; in this project, attitudes, strategies, and challenges around internationalization of the curriculum were revealed through surveys and interviews of BCIT instructors and students, as well as a literature review, and phone interviews of faculty at other institutions. Great info and I haven't even past page 6. I hope we can make strides in this area over the next short while at BCIT.
This is an excellent report that identifies succinctly several of the challenges to internationalization and draws attention to those that are special for BCIT. Some excellent suggestions for how to move forward are offered too. Well done!
